3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees.
• Subscriptions: For recurring services (SMM, Monthly Support), your card will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the service delivery or project onboarding has commenced.
• Chargebacks: If you have any issues with a payment, you agree to contact us first to resolve the matter before initiating a dispute with your bank.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content created by BEAUTYVERSE LTD remain our intellectual property until the final balance is paid in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their intended marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability
BEAUTYVERSE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our services or changes in third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
